Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Must skills (Bench sales (H1 Transfer, OPT)
• Min 3 to 8 years’ experience in Bench Sales (US IT )
• Recruitment experience in Bench Sales
• Ability to meet targets on regular basis.
• Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search talent for complex Technical requirements.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
Desired profile of the candidate
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills.
• Participation in conference calls with clients and Business
• Development manager to understand client’s business.
• Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling.
• Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Reporting Manager
• Should have customer service skills towards internal and external customers.
• Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners
